West London Community Sports is a voluntary group, that has been providing a platform for those suffering from mental health problems to be able to participate in sporting and fitness activities with the view of improving their physical/mental health, social integration, educational/employment opportunities and reversing the likelihood of premature morbidity and mortality.
As West London Community Sports Voluntary Group is typically a community-focused organization that promotes sports and physical activity in West London, our groups often aim to:
